    Hey Guys,

I've been looking through the forum for a while, tons of great info. I picked up a 2013 DCSB 2 weeks ago and need to decide on what to use to carry my two 10' kayaks. I've always loved the outdoorsman racks but am not sure if they'll be strong enough if I mount the J-hooks through the accessory rails, any experience or advice with that setup? Grabbed this pic from another member for reference.

I have Q towers on my access cab. I hauled my 17" Mad River Canoe down a gnarly logging road at a higher than prudent rate of speed once. I still haven't taken the time to get the large dimples out of my roof. They're big. Get the Outdoorsman racks.

Thanks 58 Siesta, I'm leaning towards the outdoorsman already, comfortable with the mods necessary to make it work, just looking for that guidance on the strength of the whole thing.

Hey, ATLrider. Are you out there? Did you end up using the Outdoorsman? Is it strong enough to make you confident in it for long trips with two yaks? How about if I even put two yaks and a cargo box? I have a similar decision to make. Outdoorsman 300 or the Tracone.

    Thanks

Yeah, I don't want the towers. Eventually I'll put a shell on it with towers on it but not on the cab.
