Planning to live out of the truck for a couple months this summer so I need to cover the bed but would also still like to be able to put my motorcycle in the back. Sounds like I'm in the market for a Softtopper.

If you are traveling with the motorcycle and sleeping in the truck a hitch carrier might be the better way to go, with a softopper or hard cap. Don't forget the AAL as well... That way you have the option to leave the bike mounted some nights. I have done this, I just had to use a ratchet strap to the hitch and lean the bike enough away from the truck to open the hatch to the cap without hitting the bike. Kind of a pain to get in and out of bed but it did work and I didn't have to unload/load the bike that night. Also, I am over 6ft and sleeping in the 6ft bed requires me to lay diagonally so the bike would have to come out of the bed.

Like you I am looking for a Softopper now as well, one of my main reasons is to be able to put the bike in the bed without having to remove my cap. But this is for shorter trips where I want to ride hard all day and be able to take my gear off and just drive the truck home. If I was going cross country or spending weeks+ I would go hard cap with motorcycle carrier for sure.

    Yup. Need short bed.
Preferably Speedway Blue. Second choice is black.
I'm trying to avoid painting, since it cost a fortune.
    Thanks guys!

Yeah it won't super easy. Figure I have a couple months to look for a used one and will still have time to order one new if it comes down to that. Or I can go the hitch mount bike rack and cap route.

    Bike is a '75 CB360

Awesome! Two different bikes or same bike, different tank? Love the 350s and love how they look without the battery box.

Yeah, mine fits perfectly in the bed.

you have 10cc more than I did. I am not sure about the tank. My friend repainted it. It was a NOS with a dent in it. Was brand new!
