    hello, glad to be part of of your forum, i have been searching your forum because i just bought a tacoma for my son... his fisrt truck! thats the reason of the "new owner kind of..." I am a service writer for a cadillac dealer in carlsbad and my wife is a writer for the toyota dealer so i am
    pretty sure we got him a good little truck. Its a 2000 prerunner v6, with 219000 miles, we had it checked out and it needs a new rack and pinion but otherwise is in good shape, my friend who owns a detail shop did a wonderful job cleaning it up it really looks great, we only paid 2000.00 for it. he had a great little suprise when we gave it to him last week! thanks for all the info!

    welcome to tw and good on you for buying your boy a solid truck. I used to write service in my younger days, can be a tough job but sounds like you guys are working the right manufacturers. I was dealing with chryslers in the early 80's...k-car days.
