That is pretty much the limit there at 30". You'll have to do something to extend your bump stop @HomerTaco screwed hockey pucks above the bumps on the frame to extend his bump stops. I'm sure that there is something similar and as easy as that also.

Got it at this point I would rather have slightly limited up travel than having to go with limit straps or ripping shocks apart..... At some point when I have time maybe I will just do a shock relocation. Hockey pucks are a easy solution! Thanks!

seems like this forum is a little old bit still somone can help. I purchased a set and i saw theres the 3 holes, which ones would i use with stock leaf springs to get .75" of lift too, i was told the middle holes will give 1.5"?

The mounting holes for the leafs do not drive lift, you have to select the hole that positions the shackle at the correct angle when the vehicle weight is on the ground. The length of the shackles is what drives the lift.

Ok, shackle flip installed and I have some questions. First: does this appear to be the correct shackle angle at rest? I have tried others and I believe this suites my dakars. The mounting points at the frame are in the middle.IMG_2913.jpg

Second: shackle is definitely rubbing the mount. Nothing a grinder can't fix but is there a stock length shackle that would avoid this? I saw others that used the same mounting hole with rub marked tooIMG_2910.jpg

Third: did a quick search for shocks with 19 collapsed and 28" extended and didn't see anything for a Tacoma with those lengths. Is there another vehicle that has those that would be easier to search for?

Fourth: is anyone using limiting straps for the rear? If so toss a pic on here so we can see your mounting setup

    Thanks!

Can you move the shackle hangar body more forward so that you can move the shackle more rearward? Seems to be the easiest solution. Looks like you may have to scoot your reservoirs forward a bit too.

Moving the mount forward will put the shackle closer to horizontal and will not allow much up travel. And the shackles will rub constantly. I did try this

I guess I said it wrong. The actual shackle flip, move it forward, then you'll have the availability to move the leaf spring shack more to the rear.

Oh, and Bilstein B110's are close to what you need. They're the ones sold for our trucks for 3-4" of lift.

Hey guys, so I've had my shackle flipped for a couple years now but I never actually got under my truck to inspect it. I come to find this may not have been installed correctly (had it installed by Demello). The shackle angle looks way off! How do I fix it? Pic for reference:

That don't look good. Is that at resting position?

Try to move the shackle mount to the rear most hole and see if that helps.

Yeah, that's at rest, all four tires on the ground. So when you say move the whole thing back, and the shackle itself back, I need to mount, using the bolt holes in the following locations, correct?RearShackle-revised.jpg

Yes. Looks like you may require some trimming of the bumper or hitch mount.
