What are you using your truck for? The stock lower control arms have lots of travel and are fairly tough compared to the stock UCAs. If you're going to be abusing them then uniball LCAs might be worth it but at the expense of maintenance.

Sweet. It'd be great if he came out with a total mid travel kit.

Lol it's Mike. There was a thread years ago where folks were discussing the origin of their usernames, I mentioned it was my initials, someone came up with that moniker, and I liked it enough to let it stick. :p

Thanks Blackout. I've seen enough concerning rebuilding the lca and I don't want to have to go that route. I was pricing some aftermarket oreilly types (the usual suspects) and if I'm not mistaken they were fairly inexpensive complete. As well only light to moderate wheeling for me which is why I think ball joints like JBA are all I need. Staying on topic:hattip:

Nice. I don't believe anyone else makes a kit like this. I'd be a tester for that. As long as the new UCAs don't hit anything jks.

Stick to OEM. Aftermarket ones may not have the same quality of bushings or ball joints.

My alignment numbers with my jba arms. I have procomp coils up front at the moment. About 23 5/8 hub to fender. 20170312_104547.jpg

Installed my JBA UCA's last night. I was unsure of where the thick washer goes but after looking through T4R and TW most of the folks had the washer between the BJ boot and steering knuckle. Gonna see what the alignment numbers will be.

@Blackout14 has JBA said anything about making the UCAs available in any different colors besides red? Would you be able to find out for us? I'm sure there's a few of us that don't want the red. Thanks!!!

He needs to offer them in black. Would make these much more appealing.
