I am looking at putting a console unit in my Taco. Although I dont need to I want to. As the wife would say....if you dont need it then why buy it. Well it is because I can and want to. Anyway this is what I am looking for. Console unit with touch screen, ipod connection and maybe dvd. I dont need navigation but if it has it then that is fine as well. If you could tell me what to look for (Brand and Unit name) as in price range that would be great.

    under $200 range
    $200-$300 range

I would really like to stay below the $250 range. Thanks.

Man you gonna have to revise your price, not much to be had unless you got some crazy second hand deal.

After a quick look through crutchfield for a general idea, it's gonna be tough to pick up a name brand with those feature for under $300, let alone under $250 like you would prefer. Save up for the name brand if that's what you want or go ahead and find someone that can vouch for the quality of Valor or Dual or something along those lines.
