I have a 04 Tacoma with a 3"lift kit on it, and wondering if a 32x15 tire would fit under it. Any advice would be great.

265/75/16 can fit on a stock Tacoma.

Most people with 3" lifts go up to 285/75/16.

A 32" tire can fit fine. It would come down to how wide the tire is. 12.5s usually rub the frame, so I'd stick with 11.5s or thinner.

Looks great. Congrats. We think DustStorm4x4 has good advice. The first thing that comes to mind with your year Taco is the fenders going straight down. I'm sure it will look great when you're finished with it.
    Welcome!
