My TRS was the best 1911 I could ask for.

    Would highly recommend a Baer.

I've been out drinking since like 4 and just got home about to continue with some JD Fire I think. I was like "I'm probably not drinking today" and then the lady doing my pedicure offered me a mimosa. It's been downhill from there. Had some great Mexican food for dinner though.

You should change 10mm for 40. That's what I carry when the 85 isn't on me.

I got NRA quals through work, and they paid for it. I don't teach privately though, only for work.

How does a Wesson compare to a Baer?

They're not legal here. I craved a CBOB when they were released. Instead, I had to buy a Kimber Pro Carry HD and modify it with a bobtail grip, which I never ended up getting to before selling it to a dude who left it on his bumper 6 months later, and drove home 4 hrs from the range before remembering he didn't put it in the case.

Luckily he also bought my M1A and had more money than brains, so I made a huge profit on both and I bought them brand new. Just hope some scumbag never found the Kimber on the road, always my worst fear with a stolen gun or lost gun is that it's used in a crime.

    I hate 40.

    I've always wanted to shoot a 10.

Also I hate you for having a CBOB.

Unfortunately the local NRA instructor instructors leave a lot to be desired... I'm considering it but it just doesn't seem necessary to me as of right now. I may change my mind, though.

I love my FIL's Smith police L-frame .357. You can light matches with that beast.

I have an older CC piece that I love because I know it so well - Star Firestar Plus circa '92. Compact 9mm. Solid Spanish steel. Heavy but easy to carry, tear down, and clean.

Can't bear to trade it in on something newer. Love this gun.

All I have is .40's now. Sold off the .45's. Well, I still have a 22 and a .44 mag. Getting a 9 for the wife soon.
