That's the steel. It will be a while until he will start a aluminum one. They have to figure cost for making it.

F it. Here's something I've been working on the last couple of weeks. There will be more changes once I start making one out of foam board to see how it will work. Im planing on drawing every part I need and making it all out of foam board and pvc. There is going to be a lot of trial and error. But it's cheaper this way then to just start cutting steel. Plus once everything is made I'll be able to pull it apart and figure out how much of what I'm going to need to do the project and figure cost of material. I think I'll stay pretty busy this year designing stuff. It's going to be fun. :D

Kicking it old school with the paper drawings, I kinda like it!

FYI solidworks/sketchup/onshape would speed up your design time.

    Looking bitchin BTW!

Don't forget you will need a full cab cage too!

Thanks. I like using paper so I can write notes and make mistakes. Oh I will use Solidworks when the time is right. Once everything looks good I'll transfer the paperwork to a soildwork program and start having it cut to put together. That's where Insain comes in. I'm planing on caging the whole truck from front to rear at once. Corey's eyes got big when I told him that :p. This will be fun.

Another thing, once I get the lower link made out of foam board I'll hit you up to double check my shock mount with you and make adjustment. I'll be in contact.

I've found that a bunch of their videos are quite informative. The one they have on shocks is amazing both in content and length.

Lowers 48" center to center. Uppers 36" center to center.

I saw that you got the 51"s. Those are cool. I've considered those too but I'm not getting rid of my 4x4 to have the front rebuild to keep up with 51". So 48" will work well with my front.
