Hey guys so I just sold my stock alloy wheels and I included my Lugnuts with them. Just started to think about this if I need to use my spare can I use the new gorilla lug nuts? They are the ones that have the little extended piece to grab more threads. Or do I need to go buy a set of Lugnuts for the spare and if so what kind?

I was able to find a thread on it but it didn't seem like they had a definitive answer for my specific situation

In a pinch you could use them, but the spare is meant for the OEM style lug nuts. It would not be recommended to use these with you spare, but again, in an emergency it will work.

Just get yourself 6 factory lug nuts and keep them with your jack incase you need to put the spare on.
