whats the verdict on the shocks with the cdcv? are they considerable softer and more plush at full soft compared to the standard shock that so many think is harsh for on road daily driving? Can they be valved different so that the 5th setting is standard so as to be right in the middle? Doesn't seem to be much experience with them yet. Looking to do an icon set at about 2.5 to 2.75" over stock with Dakar leafs 3rd leaf removed setup, and I want a nice smooth ride wherever I am at. But 95% on road. But some washboarded rocky logging roads when I do go offroad. And maybe some sand

Icon/TC Mid travel, TRD S/C, PNP Greddy EMU, 625cc injectors, 2.2 pulley, Hayden tranny cooler, AEM wideband, TRD boost gauge.
Supposedly Icon valves it the way you asked, the 5th setting is the middle ground where a non CDCV setup would come in at valving. I've been driving on 2, I like it. I just cranked it to 7 (which is what brings me here cause I have a Q for Icon) so that I don't get used to that plush ride as I plan on pre-loading a bit to get about 1" of lift- there is a perceivable difference with the CDCV.
