I wanted to use the word progressive but wasn't 100%.

I think the progressive spring yields different results in lift height using 5100's vs all the other linear Tacoma springs.

    Why?
Its appeared over the yrs that when trd offroad owners preload their coils, the ride is firmer than the same preload on sport/sr5 coils.

    OP.... you measured wrong.

Stock TRD OR coils, DCSB 4x4 trd or... got exactly 1.75in of lift @ the 1.75in setting.

The word progressive in my post you quoted. I wanted to call the trd off road springs progressive, but wasn't 100% sure they were.

Thought I measured wrong at first.. Then I double, triple, quadruple checked and I definitely got the same measurements as I stated before.
