2 ways this could go. The only people that will buy a house next to a noisy neighbor is someone not bothered by the noise, probably cause they are even noisier. You lose.

Y'all were doing all this talking in here about a vehicle for Martin's wife did he ever look at a Rav4? we bought a new '14 and love it. There's plenty of room, decent power, decent economy, and got the all wheel drive. So far all-in-all a great vehicle

 

I'm sure you're a multiple master. So if you loose 1 cert they'll lat guys who don't have the certs get the work instead of you?

 

Unless you have the cert. No work for that prob. Toyota won't pay for that. Plus I won't have access to some of my computer information or abilities.

 

So what the hell do young techs do that don't have all their certs?

Make more hours than I do.
They do the stuff that you can make time on. Brakes, tune up, tires.
We had one guy we use to call mr flush. Every car that came in got all the flushes as often as poss.
If there was a diag prob then he would get other techs to diag it for him.
Make twice as many hours as me. But I need to live with myself.

being as your getting closer to retiring wouldn't it make sense to down grade a little, do some of the brainless work, relieve some of the stress

 

We were going Corolla, now she's thinking of a rav too.
