    Whoa, someone got heavy handed with the HDR filter with their pictures.

    1200sf can be a little cramped for three bedrooms but isn't unheard of for "starter" homes. Seems a bit small for being built in '96 though, usually I've seen that sizing with older homes.

    Hm. Wonder what's in the safe; it's pretty good-sized.

    1200 square feet isn't too bad for 2 people, though, as long as you've got a garage. The upstairs on my house is around 1200 square feet and I could live pretty comfortably in it. Mostly do, in fact.
