I'm guessing 15" wheels don't fit on the 3rd gens?

They don't fit on the 2nd gen. Seems unlikely they shrank the brakes on the 3rd gen to allow them to fit.

A 15" wheel is not large enough to fit over your brakes. Some aftermarket 16" wheels won't even clear the brakes.
