Yep! Christmas photo! I have more but I've got almost no cell service in my office so it won't upload.

Well that's what I was thinking lol. I think my fastest time ever was like 7 something too, but that was like back in high school. I don't think I could've keep that pace for 2 miles though lmao.

I was just imagining you and your kid backpacks, lunch boxes flailing running two miles to school in the dark every morning. At break neck speeds no less.

This is what I pictured as well.
    "I dropped my lunch Dad!!!"
"Guess you're going to be hungry then! Get those knees up or we're going to be late!"

Shitty. I've slowly been jogging, but I prefer hiking over all. I pick up running again when I plateau, but stricktly from necessity.

They have two settings: trouble or sleeping. Old Man Frank(bottom)is about 7 and we should have named him Houdini because he can get into/out of almost anything and he has learned how to open the gates and has taught the other one. I had to change all the door knobs in my house because he was letting himself into all the rooms and sleeping on our bed and drinking out of the toilet(he has water but has a thing for toilet water I guess). Then he learned how to get into the pantry(where the dog food is)and had a little party one night while we were at dinner. Coco(top) is kind of laid back and lazy even though she's the younger at only 2, but she is smart as a whip and knows how to work people. Fortunately for us she's not tall enough to reach the door handles or to be able to jump onto things like our bed without a little help.

Front, side or back? So don't laugh....but look into yoga, especially some of the hip-opener stretches. And maybe get a massage, particularly around the buttocks and lower back for your hips.

That's the thing I love about where I live. I'm within 20minutes of a shit ton of trails, and they're steep as hell in the mountains so it's a fun challenge. Low impact, high intensity.

I basically see jogging, or cardio in general, as a chore. I hate it.

I had this same issue when I sprained my knee. Due to limping my hips weren't aligned right and I kept pinching nerves.

Did it fuck your knees up too?

Try this but lean forward too if you can.
