    I'll agree with that, nothing seems more tedious. I started picking documentaries to watch while doing it. Started doing the stair master and bike instead.

    In the last week I've been trying out a cardio interval training(60-second power-walk directly into a 30-second jog directly into a 15-second sprint)but I am going to look at moving this idea to the bike because my knee that healed from the sprain doesn't seem to like the abuse just yet. I also am looking for a good set of headphones to use during my workouts for music or streaming stuff because earbuds always hurt my ears.
