    not a clue, but so many things bother me with this picture.. the fogs are tilted, the headlights look like they got hit up side the head one to many times with a stick and now the eyes look outward and down. as far as the bumper, if no one could help you, you could contact the company in the corner and see if they know.

    Doesn't seem to match the lines of the truck very well IMO. Almost looks like it was made for another truck and modified to fit the Taco.

    Can't say for certain but looks like it could be a CBI plate bumper with jacked up headlight hoops added on. Your truck looks way better
