Should have pretty good coastal flooding here. Full moon tide and Northeast winds pile the water into the Western Sound. Should be pretty sporty around here tomorrow.

We've been down graded to 3-6" now

 

Young couple buys house "A" across the street from me last year with the drive way.
House "B", to the right of house "A" was just sold and is now being gutted and renovated.
Surveyor looks like he is done as the pretty pink stakes are in the ground for the property lines.
Homeowners from house "A" aren't home from work yet.
Hmmm.

 

Looks like someone is going to be missing a corner of a driveway though, who knows if there is an easement or something on file.

Possible.
Previous owners of House "A" and "B" both died and were original owners from the early 50's when the houses were built. Anything can happen.
But the initial WTF look will be priceless when they pull in the driveway.

 

But you'll really like it. I have a 2 drawer similar to that and, it is heavy, but nice to have.

 

Go move the stakes...farther on their property. Take half the driveway

 

And now we know who likes to throw gas on a fire from a distance lol

Your a wee bit too late, I started a thread for people in their 60's. They are not as lively as the folks in the 50 thread. Maybe we need some young blood like yourself to get the blood flowing. 60+ year old Thread

Reason they aren't as lively is they are old. Not like us spring chickens.

Tell your wife if I had to do it all again (i.e. Taco got totaled) I'd buy a 4 Runner. She should too.

Or a 2nd Gen Taco. But not a 3rd Gen.

 

I like my third gen. I would recommend to anyone to buy a third gen. Great trucks.
