E either they look like 4runner w/ Ford fusion headlights & a smaller tundra bed. Kinda ugly looking plus I hate that the got rid of the standard cab versions

 

Would you be willing to sell your plans for that rack ? I may just give up on looking for a cap. If I can get a rack like yours, my bride can put a canvas cover together and then get a RTT.

while its true that some information can be obtained about the vehicles owner from the lic plate, it's quite embellished. strict concern over hiding the lic plate in photos posted online is for the paranoid. And yes im sure to receive an ear full for saying that on this form

 

It's not like you don't show it to THOUSANDS of people on a daily basis or anything.

 

It's quite useless to do. Only certain people have access to the database to run your tags, and all that comes back is the registered owners name and address.

Agreed 100%. If whoever they are want to find you that badly then i doubt hiding your plate numbers on a TW thread is whats going to stop them, or even slow them down.

I find it dumber that people make a big deal about people who think hiding a license plate is a big deal.

Someone wants to cover their plate for a pic posted on the internet who gives two shits?

 

I find it dumber than someone finding it dumb that someone making a "big deal" about someone hiding their plate.
