Waiting out the blizzard today, I performed the 2nd mod to my Inferno grill. I originally had painted both the bezel (body color) (which I like) and the grill (matt black) a few months ago in Florida. I recently moved to NY and with trips to the north country experienced chipping on the bezel. I purchased a brand new bezel and installed today.
In Florida I covered the body color with 3 coats of clear...yet it chipped. Folks are suggesting to re-paint and get it wrapped. Any opinions?
    Thanks Soulman

did you sand down and primer the bezel before paint? if you just painted over the plastic chrome it won't adhere well.

if you wrap it, why would you paint it again? just be sure the surface is smooth before the wrap. the issue is the color match.

Sanded, applied paint adhesision and 4 coats of inferno and 3 coats of clear. Just think that that aftermarket can spray is no match for the factory process.
