Lunge/Clunk while driving-

    2005 Tacoma DBL Cab 4x4
    Been reading through past threads but can't find anyone with a similar issue. 2005 Doublecab, 4x4, 120k miles, auto trans, toytech lift (add a leaf rear).. Little quirk that just started- engine/tranny are at operating temperature, full gas tank but when coming to a stop and starting off again the truck will move about 10 feet and have a clunk under acceleration (feels like driveline/rear diff but I know how noises and vibrations carry in these trucks). It still has a little axle wrap after the lift install (1.5 years ago) but this is totally new.. any ideas where to start out? TIA
