Ahhhhh gotcha. I was kinda getting my thoughts mixed up when I went off topic. I was referring to home audio but it would be awesome if I could thumbdrive some of my HD purchases and play them in the Tacoma.

Daniel said there'd have to be interest of 25 or more before they'd pursue making it an option.

I played with the Auto Sound Levelizer and the jist is it turns up the volume when you drive faster. When you slow down or stop the volums lowers. Seems to kick in between 20 and 40 mph. Low doesn't have much of a transition but the baseline volume is louder than with it off. Med and High are noticeable.

Predator tube steps. Oem audio plus reference 450q. Led interior lighting. HID headlight and fog lights. Bed mat w/tie downs. All weather floor liners w/ door sill protectors.
After some debate i pulled the trigger on the 450q for my taco and am very happy with the results. I must say origanally the price was holding me back having installed systems in previous vehicles and not spending this much, but i wasnt really looking to buy a bunch of pieces to assemble and then tune in my new truck.Initial thought on first try is WOW. I can gladly say no regrets and every penny well spent imo. It was shipped same day i ordered and recieved the same week undamaged and very well packaged. The sound quality is excellent. super clear all the way through the volume range, with crisp highs and deep throaty bass for a very immersive listening experience. The design of the sub enclosure is beautiful and fits absolutely perfectly into the storage compartment. The wiring and setup is very straightforward and is very nicely done. If you are thinking of buying this system yourself and have any questions contact Daniel :). Daniel is a godsend when it comes to customer service, if you have any questions just ask daniel and you will be met with a very timely and helpful response. i let him know i had the inferno taco and he had a few color match decals made and sent out. Thats the kind of stuff i love in a company.

Yes. I had the JBL in my Tundra as comparison. OEM+ is clear across all the sound spectrum. JBL is optimized to certain frequencies is easiest way for me to describe it

I have to say that it's been quite awhile when that perfect song played at the perfect volume actually gives you the chills. The clarity in this system is quite good. I haven't heard anything close since I built my Ranger system but it cost 5x more??? Great plug and play system.

Everything sounds better but cd, apps and mp3 sound amazing. Xm and radio not quite as good but that's because of broadcasting.

You must have been the last one to be able to use the coupon code DAD since I just tried it and it did not work. Reading this thread has definitely made me want to upgrade to the OEM + system but since I am not in a hurry I will just wait until the next sale. This weekend I am installing Dynamat sound deadening also because of this thread. You guys are making me spend money on things that I never knew I needed.

I have the sound deadening but have to wait for warmer weather. It can make a big difference.

I just did mine today and used around 5 square feet on the outer skins and 2 square feet on the inner skins of each door. Taking out the rear seats I used 12 square feet on that wall for a total of 40 square feet. It is much quieter now and very enjoyable to drive.

Nice! I'm thinking about going this route as well. Night and day type results or just a touch quieter?

It has been a large difference so far and I am not even done yet. This weekend I will be installing the ensolite on top of the Dynamat and should have an even nicer cabin. You will still hear some sounds just like if you wear ear plugs or headphones you can still hear some of the noise outside but it will be greatly reduced.

I saw a video somewhere that showed the db levels before and after dynamat and it didnt seem that significant... Maybe 10db drop at most on rough road. Im sure it helps, but at the cost I wonder.
