I know LCA cams will affect both when adjusting. But with LR arms you have different adjustments for caster and camber. I did not see much change with camber numbers with just changing the caster adjustment on the LR arms.

It's been awhile since I have messed with it. I beleive it was opposite though. I remember that when maxing out caster, it pulled the rear of the tire in. I had to adjust the outer tie rods out to get correct toe numbers.

It's not as extreme on the uppers as it is the lowers, but if you change caster on the upper you will also have to adjust camber. That SPC balljoint rotates to adjust caster which also moves the joint in and out(camber).
