Anyone have a good powder coating place they use in the DFW area? I want to get my 20" rims powder coated.

Powder coating rims is not going to be cheap. I have a hook up in east texas, but rims are still pricey...

Several years ago I took wheels to a place in Arlington. Can't remember the name. It was south on 360 then just a block or 2 east of an old mall kind of near GM plant.

I would like to get anthracite, They are originally chrome covered with plastidip. There is no damage to the wheels.
    Thanks qfast.

I used Alloy Wheel Repair Service or AWRS here in Austin. Its a franchise and likely has one near you. They did my BMW's 19" factory wheels for 150 a wheel. At the time, I loved it. But if I was to do it again, I would just buy black wheels. The PC is easy to damage, lets say, if your GF drives the car, attempts to parallel park, and slightly rubs the curb. Also, dont let your GF drive your BMW.

Sorry I didn't get back to you , the guy I worked with quit a few days after I replied to your post. When he gets his own oven and paint both set up to do it at his house.

I've used TopKoat in Kennedale several times and I have been very pleased. Small shop run by the owner, Joe, who is a really good guy. Most recently, he coated a set of White Knuckle Offroad sliders for my (old) Ram Power Wagon and charged $200.00 bucks. Considering the size of those things, I was pretty happy with that price and the quality of the work was outstanding. Wrapped them all up in foam wrap for the ride home.
