Water intrusion on capped bed.. Looking for ideas

When I had my cap installed on my 2017 TRD sport, I was told there are two vents on the front corners of the bed. Now, I live in Oregon and I have considerable amounts of water entering through these vents. Before I attack these holes with expanding foam, has anyone tried to seal their capped bed?

I couldn't find anything online..

Take it back to the installer as he didn't do a proper job.

My installer Knew the new Tacoma box's were an issue and filled the front box corner gaps with some seal gasket and then sealant before installing the Canopy. No leaky at all. Interior dry as a bone.

 

the gaps are in the front of the bed between the header and the sides of the bed they are not vents. get some black rtv or silicone and fill them. or tell the installer to do it for you. its a simple fix took 5 mins
