I started about a week ago with a debate between my friend and turned into a discussion in the Texas BS thread.

What Sunglasses do you own? Why did you buy them? Are you completely happy with them?

I own a polarized pair of orange/black Costa Del Mar Man-O'-War. I bought them mainly for fishing but they are durable enough for all of my camping and backpacking trips. I have no complaints about mine.

For work, and general disregard of the well being of my glasses, I have a pair of peppers floaters.

For flying, driving, looking like a boss, I have a vintage pair of ray bans with the original amber lenses without polarization, and the original wrap behind the ear stems.

Maui Jim. Bought them for years now. Polorized of course. Only had 1 issue. One side fell out ( due to me not tightening the screws once a year) and hit the ground and shattered. They are glass not plastic. Shipped back to the manufacturer and they replaced for free.

Jelly I want a pair of Man-o-war's and Fan Tail's. Right now I'm rocking the Ray Ban Wayfarer's and when I'm running/working outside I'll wear my Oakley Jawbones.

I have a pair of Smith Optics Toasters, polarized. Come with 3 different removable lenses with different tints and colors. Great for fishing, skiing, boating, golf in all light conditions. All for under $100

Oakleys! I've been buying them for almost 15yrs. I've had three different styles. I don't mind dropping the money since I take care of them and they last me for a while.

I rock the Oakley Fuel Cell - great for motorcycle riding because they wrap the eye well and prevent tons of air and debris from the reaching eye.

I have a pair of these (see below) but they are showing their age. I also have a pair of Maui Jim's but I only wear them for special occasions. I'm looking for a new pair of sunglasses (cheap) that have dark lens since I get headaches if I don't have a dark pair. It can be cloudy outside and I will squint.

have mostly revo's, got them because I liked how they felt when I went looking for some sunglasses and ended up with two pairs, one for each truck and because they are relatively inexpensive.
