Yea, great quality tools, but expensive. Certainly makes life way easier though haha. And is alot of fun to use all that impact power

There's 2 settings, "100 ft. lbs." and "700 ft. lbs". Thats in quotes because those numbers are gotten on a specific bolt size.

So basically there's a low and a high, low is ok to tighten lug nuts enough to then lower the tires to touch the ground and use a torque wrench.

High is FULL POWER BABY - depending on trigger squeeze of course

What you really want is 1,200 ft pounds of [IMG] brushless bad-ass torque

    IMGP6687.jpg

    Or a brushless compact 1/4"
    IMGP7068.jpg

I'm wanting a 3/8" brushless Dewalt, but holding off.

I'm saving up for a Dewalt 60 Flexvolt Chainsaw:

Just cuz you had a bad experience doesn't mean they suck. I've done a lot of business with them and will continue.

I tried that chainsaw at the National DeWalt demo for HD back in the fall. Quite the exceptional tool. Cut through the PT landscape ties like butter. Quiet too. (For a chainsaw)

It was my opinion that they suck, not yours. I've had a few bad experiences with them.

But I'm glad that you do business with them, because of your good experience(s) with them. This is America. It is your right.

Those specific bad experiences of mine aside, here's the typical lengthly process to actually order and get something paid and shipped to a customer.
Day 1: Customer orders items online and does not have a clue what the shipping/freight delivery option/speed/cost would be.
Day 2: Vendor pulls product from shelves and tries to figure out cheapest shipping solution, without asking customer preference.
Day 2 or 3: Vendor sends invoice with shipping information now revealed. Again, without input/preference from customer. Also requires receipt signature. Gosh... now I gotta be home to sign for package. Darn.. I get packages daily from everywhere, without a signature receipt requirement.
Day 3 or 4: Customers pays invoice
Day 4 or 5: Vendor packages items and initiates shipping.
Day 5 or 6: Carrier picks up package from vendor location.
Days 6-10: Package is routed cheapest freight solution, usually ground shipping from West Coast to East Coast
Day 10 or 11: Customer has to find time off from work to sign for the package.
Day 12: Customer tries to eat candy. It is stale.

    Yup. They suck.

    And yes, my opinion.

This is a justified reason, I had forgotten about their shipping quirks. I'd order there for certain stuff, but otherwise like others have said, Headstrong.
