Load Resistors for the Turnlights

So I bought led for everything but the high and low beam. I did the ZX3. So i installed the turn signal and am getting the quick flash. I have two resistors and will pick two more up tomorrow morning. What color are the front and rear turn wire I want to tap into. I am getting the Toyota Accessory black honeycomb grill tomorrow and will have it out for more working room up front. Thanks for the help guys.

 

I did this just 2 days ago. Drove it with the hyper flashing. Today no hyper flashing, the turn signal is flashing normally . It seems the trucks computer auto adjusted the flasher.

Have you installed the pair of resistors?
Mine just needed 1 set up front. Rears were good without em.

 

Some guys seem to have hyper flashing and others dont, might have to do with the bulb kit ordered.
But like mesojdm said one set up front from most guys ive talked to

 

Mine did not have hyper flash for the first 20 mins then last night it started. I have a set of resistors I will install up front. The grill is a Toyota Accessory. You can also order OEM Black Emblem overlays.

 

Dont think ive seen that grille! Looks simple and clean. Post ip pics when installed!

OP... You have beaten me to the punch... I've been looking at the XSP grille... I have already purchased the black SR bezel. Really interested to see what yours looks like since we both have silver trucks.

 

To answer the question about the resistor you would install it in parallel to the LED. Resistors have no polarity so one side on positive, one on negative.

Did the grill come with any Toyota emblem? Also, without getting that full blackout kit, will the original chrome emblem from the factory TRD grill fit there? I've been planning to purchase this grill and wasnt sure about emblem options.

EDIT: Just saw your pictures, i originally thought there was a solid space for which the emblem was to be placed. i like it.

 

No there is. You can use the Factory one. I just removed it and am putting a TRD
Emblem instead

 

Do I installed the front ones and still have the HyperFlash.

I am on to the rear but it has three wires going to the plug.
