    I did get a response and got a ballast replaced. I have a demon eye that is out and more than likely it'll need to be opened up. At this point, it's going to be my choice to just let it be and figure out how to unwire the other demon eye.

    @1bad2k ; what kind of projectors do you have? My h11's are like that as well but reversed. Passenger side cutoff steps are nice and the driver side isnt sharp as the passenger side. anways, lesson learned, my next headlights will just be projectors, no fancy demon eyes or halos..lol. hell i might just go back to OEM..hahahahah.
