just bought this truck, with steel wheels and hankook tires. truck need alloy wheels. a local guy has 4 alloys off of his 17 4 runner with 265 70 17 dunlops. my question for you tire specialists is will the tires be too large for this truck. the wheels will bolt right on. thanks for your expert advice

They should fit without any rubbing. Toyota's steel rims & alloy rims require two different styles of lug nuts, you'll have to get the proper alloy set.
