Overall I have had a positive experience with AllPro even though I didn't end up with everything I ordered this last time. I think a lot of the negative reviews on here are 1: people that don't understand what it takes to build products to order. 2: Cowards that are afraid to call and talk to the company to resolve issues.

I bought one of their first run 2nd gen plate bumpers back in early 2008. Bumper arrived quickly, all hardware present, instructions sufficient. The bumper has been great! it’s been thrown into trees, drug over rocks and through mud with surprisingly little deformation. It's due for its 3rd powder coat and I have no intention to replace it any time soon. The only annoyance is the center hoop mounting holes don't line up with the mounting points on the bumper. It still mounts up just fine, it just takes some blood, sweat, and tears.

I purchased the front IFS skid, Trans skid, and X-case Skid in 2009. Awesome products, awesome fit. Drug the truck over many rocks and tree stumps with no deformation to the skids or mounting locations. The trio is not flat, but they do the job while maintaining ground clearance that an all-flat set up can't. Wash, rustoleum, repeat.

U-Bolt flip and rear extended brake lines. Works as advertised...no issues.

I'm on my second set of standard 3" lift springs. Because I have a shackle flip they don't work the best but that's not AllPro’s fault. Both sets of springs came with all mounting hardware, instructions, and arrived intact. With a shackle flip running 1.5" XJ shackles these springs lay flat and go negative with any weight. The ride is great though but I need to go full custom (Alcan) to get the right spring. It's not an issue for me because I don't wheel anymore (for the time being).

I ordered the welded together steel Pack Rack, with 3 accessory bars. Placed the order online then called to discuss the accessory bars. I wanted 2 bars set up for Roto-Pax and one for Hy-Lift, no issue, pleasant conversation. The freight company they used was HORRIBLE. They sent daily tracking emails that didn't correspond to their online tracking data. For example: The rack was in Louisville, KY and I got an email saying it arrived in Wisconsin while the website said it was sent out to Kansas City, both in the opposite direction of me (North Carolina). The rack arrived at the freight terminal near me and sat for two weeks while I monitored its ghost location via the tracking number. Had an employee from the terminal not called me asking if I wanted the rack I would have never known it was there. Not Allpro’s fault but seriously...that's what happens when you ship VIA the lowest bidder. The accessory bars arrived separately VIA UPS. They arrived missing almost all the clamps and hardware. They came in cellophane wrap (The same shit you cover a pie with), no box no padding...WTF. Of course the hardware is going to get lost. If Allpro shipped it with a box originally then they need to work on wrapping sharp steel with padding. A quick call and they built more clamps for me and sent them out with mounting hardware. When I got them they were busting out of the box because they were sharp and only wrapped with cellophane. Luckily they were all there. The accessory bar that was set up with nut-inserts for the hy-lift was built incorrectly. The nut-inserts where too close together and the jack would not mount. I emailed them and it was taken care of very quickly by Traci who verified my measurement was wrong and had another bar built for me. A week later I received the bar, half sticking out of the box it was sent in, because it wasn't wrapped and the ends are sharp. What do you know, the Hy-lift still won't mount. At this point I'm just going to bore out one of the holes on the jack so it will fit. I must be the first person to order a hy-lift accessory bar.

Whoever packages your stuff for shipping needs to work on protecting the product so it will stay in the box...which has the address on it. Bottom line, if you call or email them they will take care of you, so don't pay any attention to those people saying otherwise.
