An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
No, stock springs. Each bag is around 20lbs, give or take 5 pounds. So ruffly 300lbs. Normally the crew hauls the trees in a 1 ton truck. Those were leftover bags that needed to go back to the cooler at the end of the day. Most of the time the crew plants all the bags, but if we don't plant all the bags and there are only a few bags left, I will usually take them back to the cool since I go by it on my way home. For reference there are 120 trees per bag.

100% of the three people surveyed in AZ like their third gens. Waiting for @smitty99 to kill that statistic. :D

It's a sharp looking truck. Just disappointed with the issues and the drivetrain/transmission.

Damnit, we're down to 75% of the four people surveyed.

Glass break sensor was part of the factory VIP RS3200 security system I had Installed.
    Part #PT398-35160 was $150ish
And was $150 for dealer to install.

Softtopper! Don't mind the fender. I've got something else coming in to replace it.

I lived in AZ for a month. Which is 1/12 of a year.
I live in AK which is 1/2 of AZ.

So that's 7/12 of an AZ resident and I like my third gen.

Should bring your percentage up just a little.

Nothing fancy. But I think it's the best soft top available.

Did you get the wire harness pig tail with your truck when you bought it ? Or did you have to buy it separate?

Hondo mounts/radio knobs with SPOD SE touch screen.

It took a while to get the mounts in but I like them. The radio knobs are good too but I wish they were gloss black like the oem ones just bigger for your fingers to grip.

The mounts are well made and work well but I dont know about not being able to use the vent. So far so good though.

    Mostly stuff I built.
Added a leaf to my rear springs after getting back from Big Bend the other day. I cut down a set of new D6XL OME add-a-leaves I had to 30" long. Came out just right. Lifted the rear 1.5". Basically got my factory rake back from my saggy rear springs. IMG_3247.jpg Before IMG_3246.jpg

My wife likes our third gen also. So that should cancel out @smitty99 vote.
By the way, Smitty, did those problems you had get fixed?

I think you installed the mounts wrong. I think the vent is supposed to point down so you can open the vents part way.

I always run my vents up cause cold air sinks and I dont like it blowing right on me. Plus I still have the passenger vent that I can point my way if I want. I would like if you have a little more adjustment though

Got my silver Taco back in October and have been enjoying it ever since! 2.5 inch levelling kit with 275/70/18 KO2's on Fuel Vectors. Have spent months reading through this entire thread and I'm finally caught up. Will post pics soon but am looking for some advice on the following:

    1. Touch up paint (small chip in my silver hood). Buy at dealer or are other sources just as good? Anyone got a vendor/source to recommend?

    2. Headlight upgrade. Looking for more brightness. I see different options but a) I need fairly simple as I'm not a mechanic, and b) I'm not interested in the chance of frying electronics. Probably just plug and play for me. Any recommended options for a guy like me? Recommend a source/vendor?

    Thanks!
