Ya we are still around. Just extremely overbooked with a few larger projects and we cant make time to build kits on a decent timeline right now. We do have half a dozen 4wd kits cut and bent ready for assembly from our laser cutter but we most likely wont have time to put them together till Sept.

We also have some rear link kits for 05+ ext cab and 4 door tacomas that I will be putting up for sale around the same time

Sept is actually perfect that is when I am planning on getting an LT kit.
Would your Kit fit an 07 FJ Cruiser? If so can you please send me a pm on the cost including all parts and LT Shocks.

    Thanks.

Definitely something I'm going to look toward to in the future. I'm glad I found this thread. I bought an 09 4x4 tacoma and this looks like the perfect kit.

Front suspension kit still kicking ass especially now that it's paired with a Dirt Designs 4-link and roll cage.

    Some update pics......finally!

We got around to finishing up the 4wd taco kits a few weeks ago. 2 of the kits are still up for sale.

Big news for those wanting to link their tacomas is that we have a kit designed and built that lets you get 21" travel, use stock gas tank, stock driveshaft, and stock axle (with 2" wheel spacers). First truck to get the kit was Travis along with this threads 4wd kit.

We have two other tacos in the shop that will be running our front 4wd and link kits. @sytfu510

And my buddy milton's truck. So far we are 3 days into this build. 1st day was tear down and cut off rear suspension brackets, 2nd day was truss the axle (truss included in kit) + setup the link mounts, and 3rd day was bedcage. Today were going to weld on the rear mounts and get the front 4wd kit installed. Hopefully we will be finishing up with it next week

@dirt designs that looks like a sweet 3 link set up! Is that bed cage gonna go up into the cab also? Seems like a small cage to have hold up the rear end of the truck?

The bedcages will not tie into the cab as neither of these tacos have cab cages. I worked on a fullsize linked chevy (built elsewhere) that was not caged and only had small shock hoops in the rear to hold up the truck. The owner has had the truck for ~5+ years and has never had issues. Also if you think about it.....look how small your front factory coil buckets are (very thin metal) and they hold up the front of the truck. Although the factory front coil buckets do tear over time, if they had made it out of 3/16" steel I dont think they would have that problem

What travel numbers are you getting our of that rear set up?

Yep sall good. This is the first time weve linked a truck without fully caging (and were doing 2), but Im confident itll hold up until they go way WAY too hard and then theyll need full cages.

Rear travels 21". The limiting factor is really the shocks. We could go longer shocks for more travel, but because we are using a panhard/track bar so it works with the stock gas tank, it causes the axle to move left/right as it travels. It wasnt noticeable at all while driving travis' truck, but 21" seemed like a good place to stop everything.
