    Just a heads up, It'll help if we know the year of truck and options like jbl, nav, entune, aftermarket, ect for the audio system.

    Alright, I'm not familiar with that unit, head over to the audio/video section of the forum and peek around. Chances are someone has had this problem before or know the way to fix it. If not it doesn't hurt to start another topic over there. Good luck man, hope you've solves it or can find the anwsers.

    Is it white from something you used to clean it, or is the screen itself white when turned on?
