    Just a heads up, It'll help if we know the year of truck and options like jbl, nav, entune, aftermarket, ect for the audio system.

    Alright, I'm not familiar with that unit, head over to the audio/video section of the forum and peek around. Chances are someone has had this problem before or know the way to fix it.
