3rd gen TRD decals on 2nd gen?

Wonder if anyone has any pics of 3rd gen decals on a 2nd gen. I think the 3rd gen decals look cleaner. I was thinking 2nd gen'rs would have the move the placement down right under the body crease/line instead of right underneath the bed line. Thoughts?

 

Almost a year later I find this. Wondering myself. Thinking of the TACOMA decals 3rd gen guys get to fill in the TACOMA indentations on the tailgate. Anyone put those on a 2nd gen tailgate in about the same place on the tailgate?

 

You can buy a Fiberglas tailgate skin!

 

Thats the only part of the 3rd gen tacos I like.

 

Is that a piece that attaches to the lower part of the tailgate?

I'm also an ass man when it comes to liking the 3rd gen. Not sure if I would go thru all that trouble, guess that would depend on cost. I was just interested really in seeing a pic of the 3rd gen font "TACOMA" letters in the same place but on a 2nd gen. Someone could probably even make a shadowy looking vinyl that would look like where the 3rd gen tailgate starts to dip in. Basically like a black line above "TACOMA". Maybe it would look like shit. Just brainstorming.

I agree, I'm also not a bid fan of it on the 3rd either!
