Lots of plans

Picking up my new to me 2012 blue Tacoma tomorrow. It's an sr5 with steel wheels. Looking to lift 3" and add some cool wheels and tires. I like the Falkens for look and price, but I'm lost as to wheel size and tire size for cool looks. Also, what's offset?
