My truck is making a low noise that on the passenger side when down in the low rpm range, help please

Afe dry air filter

I too am experiencing this noise. Low speeds in 30s and around 1000 rpm's. Does it in 4wd and 2wd. Turning as well. Was told that it's not the front wheel bearings. ???
