I went to larger tires and want to make sure the speedo/odometer is accurate. In the navigation settings, there is an option to recalibrate for tire size. Does anyone know if that just works for the navi, or if it adjusts the speedo/odometer as well? I asked the service writer at Toyota and he said yes, but hesitated enough to make me wonder and didn't sound confident.

The recalibrate setting in the head unit is only for the Map navigation.

Blech. I thought as much, but was crossing my fingers. Thanks.
