National Vehicle Headqtrs - Royal Admin Services. Extended warraty

Good day Tacoma Tacos. I recently received a letter about extending the vehicle warranty on my 06 Taco. Its called Royal Administration services/ Sentinel protection plan. The dude was real persistent and wanted to wait for me to make a payment to extend my warranty 60,000 miles. He was unbelievably pushy, and because of that I told him I would call back to check my funds. In reality I wanted to check what others like you all thought. Have any of you's had this done? Is it a good deal? I checked consumer affairs and they had 1 out 5 stars.
Whats the deal with these guys?

Rt on Iron Peak. LOL I figured one would say that about the 1 out 5 stars. Well it was part question part warning. But it was good to know its a scam.
