    best wheel bearings around! www.marionbumper2bumper.com

Their Dorman complete wheel bearing assemblies use low quality bearings. (That is how they have such a low price) I am biased I know, but I have the best out there.

As for the CV axle, you can get a lifetime warranty one at Advance Auto for about the same price. I have had mine break 3 or 4 times over the past 5 years and they swap it out with no questions asked. Also at that price it is easy to keep a spare or two with you when traveling for off-road trips. It's well worth it.

A lot of people want to get the heavy duty axles and make everything beefy-built. My issue with that is when things are built really heavy duty, then you get into a bad situation, what USUALLY happens is something expensive breaks, like a ring and pinion gear. Not only is this expensive, but can, depending on your truck, leave you stuck. Now let's say you have a stock quality CV axle in your truck. It becomes the weak link, even though they are still pretty strong. So now you are wheeling and the obstacle is under heavy stress, and the CV axle breaks. What do you do? You swap out the broken axle in about 30-45 minutes, and are back to wheeling again!!
