Do you want any lift? Do you want an improvement in ride quality/handling? Or are you just looking to replace worn out stock shocks with new ones? Need more info to go on

Bilstein 4600s should do well for you since you don't want a lift.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
I used Monroe OESpectrum on my 06 and was well satisfied with them. Billies are what came on the truck, mine were a total rust ball.

Bilstein 5100s are adjustable up to 3" with stock springs. Most will recommend that you use the appropriate aftermarket springs though to achieve the lift you want rather than adjusting shocks. Better ride quality.

5100s set for no lift with stock shocks will be a greatly improved ride over both stock and 4600s.

Please forgive me if this is a dumb question. 5100's with stock shocks. Isn't it one or the other?? Or do you end up with 8 shocks?? Really hope this isn't a dumb question.

He meant stock springs or coils installed on the 5100s shocks.

I've run 5100s in many applications, most the time on Jeeps with lifts, but 5100's set at stock height, paired with your stock springs/coils would be my recommendation if you're not after a lift. Ride improvement would be there and yet the 5100s are a reasonable/comparable cost to factory replacements aka around $450 if you DIY.

If you want a little lift, 5100's paired with the Toytech/Eibach brand coils and an add a leaf (AAL) would net you a reasonable 2" lift (4.0L V6 4x4 models) which would keep you away from alignment issues, need for new upper control arms, etc. and run you around $800 after lift and alignment.
