Hell, I am having an issue with this 420 code catalyst system efficiency below threshold (bank1)
I have replaced the catalytic converters both, new plugs, new fuel pump, bank one 02 sensor problem still there. After it rins a while 1-2 hrs if i turn it off it wont start for about 20-30-min then runs fine.any help would be great. Took it to a Toyota guy and he could not figure it out.

It has a drug problem. Marijuana is the main culprit considering the code is 420. Seek help.
Seriously though. The bank one sensor is a air/fuel sensor and the second sensor is a "flow" sensor. If the catalytic convertor becomes clogged or if the flow is too good, a code can be setoff. If you get a code for any banks, replace the sensors.
