What type of hardware and combination of hardware are you guys using to attach the Toprac to Thule tracks on a shell?

I have 2 of these on each side of my rack. They are great and tough as hell.

I'm guessing it comes with hardware. As soon as mine comes I'll find out.

Thank you. Love the spread on those babies.

Love the spread that they give. Work great on the remote back roads that I drive back and forth to work. Tons of deer and hogs on my way to work and these help me spot them well in advance.

Yeah. But I really wanted raw aluminum to have the silver matching the runner.

will a 40" double row light bar work on the cab rack without the wind deflector and not be too high for any load you may have on top of the rack? My question is, can I mount a double row low enough?

This is my single row 40" it is above the front bar about 1/2". I do not have the cut out in my air dam for a light bar. A set of offset brackets and you could probably get a 2row lower. IMG_3288.jpgIMG_3287.jpg

are you concerned about the double row bar interfering with your load on top? It sits higher than the bars.... I'm asking because I wanna do the same thing

    Finally installed my Rotopax:

There is a tiny gap but it doesn't create any wind noise or anything like that so I'll leave it until an issue presents itself

I have hauled steel plate, square/ round tubing, plywood and lumber on my rack with the front of all of it sitting on the light bar hasn't caused an issue yet.

Thanks. I was more concerned with permanent mounting of load up there.. Will it interfere? Like an RTT?

Just move the load back some. Most RTT have 1" runners on the bottom of them anyway. In my experience you are not going to want to leave your RTT mounted all the time in the first place. Mine is usually the first thing I unload after a trip. Love the thing but it is like dragging around a ship anchor.

So I got the punches from KMS Tools, and installed the weather stripping today. It worked fine. I didn't do the best job ever with my hole locations, so they are slightly off, but you wouldn't really notice unless you were looking for it.

All in all, if I were to do the whole install again, I would just leave it off... It looks fine without it, and just isn't worth the trouble. Just my two pennies though.

I got my holes a bit out of place too and ended up just cutting to fit and filling in the gaps with silicone. Would have been immensely easier and just as functional from the get-go!
