My vehicle is a 1998 2.7L 4cyl 4wd Toyota Tacoma that has been having electrical issues. Originally I had a parasitic draw on my battery that was causing it to die overnight. I found out that the draw was coming from the dome as when I pulled the dome fuse from the fuse box under the hood the draw stopped. After replacing an integration relay connected to the fuse box in the cab of my truck, there was no more draw on the battery. I thought the electrical issue was fixed but then I noticed that my windshield wiper fluid would not spray anymore. I checked the plugs to the wiper fluid pump and it is getting voltage, which made me think that the pump was bad, but then I hooked up jumpers from the pump and my battery and it works perfectly. What could the problem be? Is there a problem with the pumps ground? I don't understand how the pump issue relates to the corrected dome draw and integration relay as they are on different wiring circuits.
