Yes they are. Jack the truck up. take ALL of the lugs off. Then try again.

Sounds correct. The old lug nuts remaining are not allowing the wheel to rotate ever so slightly as needed to allow the shank of the nuts to move past the washer seat on the wheel.

Went to change the rack and pinion bushings today to my surprise first of the bushings came out quite easy
then as i pull the second one out i noticed familiar number etched on the bushing Dang it! that's when i realize the truck already has ES bushings installed:annoyed::annoyed:
I immediately inspect the lower control arm in hopes that it has them in as well but no luck looks like the only place where previous owner put in ES was the steering rack

It was missing the washer though so i didn't feel like it was completely worthless to do it
installed couple other things while the truck was on the ramps

I had my TG bolt on sliders welded on for $50. Used self etching primer & rattle canned matte black paint so I can touch them up anytime. Wasn't interested in drilling 32 holes in my frame either! This weekends project!

Looks good. I would have them weld the bolt holes closed so that water doesn't sit in there. Assuming you ground all the paint off the frame where the feet are, that seems like a recipe for rust.

I've been considering doing this. How long did it take to replace all this?

Any idea how ES compares with Whiteline? I've heard that Whiteline is better, but haven't seen it discussed much. And I don't know about pricing differences. Never looked into it.

That sucks. When I called ES and ordered directly they sent me the 26mm sway bar bushings. Obviously too tight.
