This set up is pretty great and I'm looking forward to getting it installed! the price rocked too! It was my first GB and I'm still stoked!

    Thanks @allpro and @trekker!

Folks, if you received an OTT I'd recommend not rushing to get it welded up super fast. There may be an issue with the height. Allpro is on it, and I expect they are going to make it right for us all. The metal work was all outstanding and it's going to be super stout, it just wasn't going to clear the soft topper for me.

Same! I almost wish Softopper made stubby toppers to work with the shorter racks. I like the look of tents when they kind of peak out from behind the cab.

Dammit, that sucks guys. I was thinking the gap was more than adequate on the OTT racks. Mine should arrive tomorrow so I'll try to test fit and see how it looks.

The picture of the second rack on the white Tacoma looks pretty close to the topper too.

Awesome news Tanner! Do us guys that ordered the topper racks need to reach out to you about replacement hoops, or are you guys following up with everyone that ordered them?

Holy lotta quotes, sorry guys just reporting back!

Ellie gave me a call and said new hoops have been cut, and they're sending them to those that ordered the OTT racks through the GB as soon as possible. I should get mine around the middle of next week. She told me I can keep the shorter hoops that are due to be delivered today, so I might use them to come up with something for another project.

    Hello Everyone,

We apologize for the mistake made with the OTT hoops being manufactured incorrectly. Once we learned of the problem with the hoops being too short we immediately took corrective action and have already shipped out a new set to you all who's orders were incorrect. For those of you who's order has not yet shipped we will ensure the correct size hoops are included. We are not requesting the old hoops back, so please keep or discard them. Please let me know if you have any questions and/or need any further assistance. Thank you for your patience and business! We appreciate you all...

Yeah All-Pro for the WIN! Kind of syked as I will turn the old hoops into accessory bars. I will also have some scrap to hone in on my tig skills before laying down the finished beads.:welder:

When folks can take a negative and turn it around to be positive. You guys will be the first place I go to when I'm looking for anything for my truck or making a recommendation to others looking for parts. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.

S.O.S bolt-on sliders, XB Morimoto fogs, bumper mounted 20" led bar, amber leds in grille("raptor" style) and Relentless fab hi-lift mount. Plastidip?
So my modular rack arrived (which looks great btw) but it must have been dropped in transit. Two out of the six rack mounts on the rails got badly bent. I don't want to accidentally weaken the welds by banging on it with a hammer or mallet so I was hoping that maybe someone on here had some suggestions? Really don't want to have to ship it back but I will if necessary @allpro
