SPC / light racing.... this is from Nissan guys and Toyota guys... I think I would spend the extra money on Total Chaos (if I want them in the future)

I thought the light racing ones were the best for alignments assuming the alignment dude has an idea of how to adjust them.

I read opposite, which is why the TC are more expensive.... but then again, it's the internet.... conflicting information everywhere. haha

Hmm the only bad things I've heard about the Light Racing UCA was that the older ones didn't last under the stress of off-roading, but since the newer ones have stronger welds I've heard nothing but good things.

TC is going to be expensive regardless, they have a tried and true name so they can charge a little more for their brand. Not discounting their products at all, but I have heard the advantage of light racing is they can be more adjustable than TC when it comes to UCAs.

i would say do spc if you want all the capability of adjustment which isnt necessary and these are great ucas. ive installed those more than any other uca. i prefer total chaos and or icon. the icons have alot of adjustment also.

Speaking of: where are you guys taking your trucks to get alignments AFTER lifting and adding aftermarket UCAs?

Just make sure the body is completely within your house before the cops get there.

I'm going to definitely be sticking with stock UCAs for now...I have stock UCAs on the 4Runner, and my Xterra, and they did everything I needed them to do... but in the future, when I have the lift I want, and I get bored and start looking for extra mods to do.... we'll see.... haha

Throwback Thursday from 1 year ago:

when we got 3ft of snow in Denver in a single day... my wife decided to take the 4Runner ( and I was in my Jeep) out playing around... that thing is such a beast

As long as you are happy with the suspension and it meets your need, for it! I was just saying don't buy those if you want something else, just get what you want the first time. No matter which route it is! It will look good either way

thanks man, I get what you mean. this is the reason we talk about this.... to get everyone's input. haha

I still have never driven Skyline, I've lived in VA for 23 years of my life and never done it..... we should all get a cruise and go out there

Hop on near Front Royal. It really is a gorgeous drive, especially in the fall when the leaves are turning.
