Honestly I don't know enough about bbq to know what style Texas is. I just assumed it called for dry rubs and bbq sauce :notsure: now I'm questioning everything. Thanks a lot SC!

Dang, I should probably have been more considerate with my response. Pretty bad that was the first thing that came to mind.

House was fully burning when we noticed 9t. There was another trailer close bye that we pounded on the door with no answer to our knowledge no one was home but we will know more tomorrow. But around here meth lab or crack house is not off base.

I have a worse one for you, fire last week about 40 miles from me and a mentally challenged teenage son died in the fire. Parents were charged yesterday because they had killed him then burned the house down to try to cover it up. HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL !!!!

I've had some that's not bad.
Still not a huge fan. KC/Texas BBQ FTW!
Still better than mayonnaise base, those suthern inbreds(roll tide). Granted I've tried one and it was kinda like Arby's Horsey sauce

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Sauce for what? Eating or basting?

Because I don't bother with either unless I'm making a pulled pork/brisket :sandwich:

I do a Memphis rub for ribs, and just salt and pepper for brisket and pulled pork. Except I'll do a pre brine with Hawaiian sea salt on the pork.

That's silly. We use Stubs sweet heat in our house for :sandwich: makin. But we don't drown the meat in it either. Maybe 2 Tbsp per :sandwich:

FWIW, I wasn't very impressed with their rubs.
