There is a sticky somewhere under the suspension section.

Disconnect the sway bar and skid plate. 3/4th socket on the lower shock shaft, 14mm to the top 3 bolts.

If you can disconnect the UCA from the spindle it will make a MUCH easier transition of removal. I scratched my new KING c/o trying to wiggle it in/out of the coil bucket. Although very possible, it's easy to damage

    This should get everyone started:
    General info: https://www.tacomaworld.com/forums/suspension.18/

    edit (added a few links)
    Front removal, etc.: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/how-to-front-shock-spring-removal.31862/
It would be cool to have a newer/updated install tutorial with pictures. My kit should be at my door this week. If I can get it installed soon enough I'll take pictures and throw together a tutorial (unless someone beats me to it ;)).

    Add-a-Leaf: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/aal-install-second-gen.54186/
Dakars, brake lines, etc. (One of many Dakar write ups):https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/bjmoose-installs-full-ome-kit-rear-brake-lines-with-pics.115775/

Youtube tutorial via Total Chaos- Remove stock & replace w/ TC UCA and Fox Shocks (I'm sure Dirt King/King would be very similar): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbsTJgb6S_c

Bane is excited because my order came in today. I didn't get a tracking number. It was for sure a surprise.

Easiest install I've ever done, took 45min to do both. These things ride WAY better than my previous Billie 5100 eibach setup. King is the shit man, set up leveled my truck just right. My advice for people looking to upgrade their taco is save your money on the cheaper lifts and save up for some Kings because it's totally worth it for what you get.

Problem with my install. The lower shock mount is twisted to the side with the bolt hole facing the caliper, not the front/rear of the truck. It isn't even close to aligning with the LCA bracket holes that the bolt should slide through. Am I missing something or is this built out of alignment? How would I rotate the bottom shock mount to align with the mounting bracket?

EDIT: Really disappointed in King on this one. Ratchet straps and adjustment...

I'm an inch and half over stock, it leveled the truck perfect. I'm not sure on the thread so showing, I had them shipped with the oem factory settings.

    You can "fix that."

In the instructions it will show how to adjust the collar to add or subtract preload.

I used a bench vice and twisted the collar to align the lower mounting sleeve.

In your case twist clock wise (add load) since it's driver side and King doesn't adjust for the Taco lean

Got mine on! Super easy, hour and a half from putting the jack underneath to setting it on the ground. Now to get an alignment and probably lower them a little. Got a little too much bro lean going.

Did you guys adjust the coils (ride height) one they were installed. I tried before I mounted them and I could not get them to move at all.
